Cortland Notary Services (CNS)

Is a company born out of the need to have more mobile notary services throughout upstate New York.  We work closely with companies in the areas of Real Estate, Finance, Law, Healthcare among others to provide notarial services upon request.  Our company completes orders all over the country, so if your business is located in Syracuse but you need notary services in Los Angeles, CNS is the best and most convenient solution.

Cortland Notary Services also works with individuals in need of traveling notary services.  While everyone will need to have documents notarized at some point in their lives, some people will face time and logistical constraints that may require a notary to travel in order to witness a signature for them. We will meet clients at their homes, offices, coffee shop or any place of their choosing twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.  In addition to notarizing documents, we also travel to provide fingerprinting services, handle your Apostille processing needs, conduct loan closings, and more.
